Thick? No way! for bread boxes
They claim it's thick stainless steel but it is slim! It arrived with a badly dented sliding door that made it difficult to open and close. But I liked how roomy it was, so I ordered a replacement. It was dented again, this time on the side. I've switched to a lined basket to hold the bread on the counter and I'm happy with that.
