The train was much smaller than I expected. If you look closely at the picture of the baby, you will see that the baby is pushed far into the background and the picture is really magnified. Looking back I see that there is no such thing as false advertising, I just didn't rate this product correctly. For the price I expected this toy to be better. There is nothing wrong with the product, it works as advertised. Just be aware that you're not buying a big, solid train for this price. This is a cute little train.
