Disappointing Catcher for Industrial Kitchens

This catcher underperforms in terms of its ability to catch shawarma juice. Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, I was disappointed to find that this catcher was not effective in keeping my kitchen clean during peak hours. The design is not compatible with larger, industrial rotisserie machines, and the materials used are not durable ENOUGH for constant use. The price point may be attractive but the investment is not worth it in the long run..
