Great Rope to Practice for DUB's
I am totally thrilled with my new jump rope! The ropes at my crossfit box are a little beat up and not perfectly adjusted for me. The fact that I was able to customize the length to fit me perfectly and practice my dub's at home is already helping me in my wod's. The quality of the product and ease of adjustment are a really nice feature. Not to mention the convenient carrying case. I highly recommend this jump rope if you are just a beginner, or a long time athlete!
