I have been playing tennis since I was 14 years old. Every time I've bought a new pair of tennis shoes, I've had no issues with the comfort of those new tennis shoes. These were either old British brands or later Nike, Adidas, K-Swiss etc. All the tennis shoes I bought were comfortable and flexible, allowing me to walk freely on the court. My friend introduced me to Asics and said it was a new brand. I bought Gel Game many months ago. This pair was the worst, absolutely worst tennis shoe I have ever bought. They were tight in the toe and toe area. that my legs hurt. They were heavy and the insole was very hard, like a pair of metal plates. I can barely walk with a pair of stone weights on my feet. I put the gel game aside and continued with my old Adidas. Then this time I took the risk of buying Gel-Delicate. This is a belter pair versus gel game. But the shoe is also very narrow at the front (little space inside). The shoes are lighter and the insole is softer. But they are NOT comfortable due to the general tightness (with a compressed toe box) and tend to spread my weight outwards. Oh! one more thing. It's really funny. The laces are so short that I only have an inch at each end to tie a knot. It is ridiculous. I wear US 10.5 shoes and have had no problems with tennis shoes of this size from other brands. Now I need to buy a new pair of light and comfortable tennis shoes again. Asics are no more. I don't know what to do with these two pairs of Asics products. Best case scenario, I can use Gel_Delicate for those few weeks until I buy a new pair in a few days. Sorry for the negative comments. I only give my honest feedback.
