Works well enough. I bought it to wear a mask while shopping and the glasses don't fog up from breathing. This is not a fog-free solution; I'm still groggy with every breath, but it's dissipating fast enough to see. It's like fog/no fog/fog per second, which is annoying when trying to walk but definitely better than constant fog. I can't wear a mask without putting this thing over my glasses. Those of you who work with a mask all day in hospitals, emergency rooms, etc. might want to try something different depending on whether you have anti-reflective coatings and other coatings on your lenses like mine because you still sweat. immediately with every breath.
