I like how easy it was for me to set up reviews, and that they were pretty much automated. They did not allow you to select certain categories. For example if there were 3 people in my class who disliked something about their room. It only let you write one review per person. If you want to be able to give more detailed feedback than just "dislike" or "love", this may not work well if many students have similar problems. The main problem we had was having too few reviews from our customers. We didn't realize until after starting that we needed enough reviews before the system would actually approve them.
