I first bought two dual tire inner tubes for my car (Sears? I don't remember) which couldn't hold air pressure no matter how much rubber glue I put on cast. But the tire rubber itself was so old and inflexible that I couldn't take the old tires off the rims to put inner tubes in. If I was smarter, I might be able to do it. Well I don't. So I bought two of these - which are wagon tires already mounted on wagon wheels and already inflated to about 18 pounds - and they just slid on and fitted great. Retain the cotter pins and a small mounting/retaining washer from the old wheels to attach the new ones to the axles.
