I don't know how this pillow manufacturer can claim it's hypoallergenic when it smells so strongly of the chemicals I'm allergic to. The smell was also a bit of an issue but it was terrible. I've had memory foam stuff before and it never smelled as bad as this one. I didn't keep it long enough to worry about it eventually going off the air. I thought I was buying a product from the USA. No, that is not so. It is made in China. So it's also false advertising for those of us who want to support more jobs in America and buy groceries to help. The pillow itself is too big to claim to help with neck pain and snoring. My head was bobbing like I had my two largest pillows together. But much more painful because these pillows now have fluff. Really hard in a bad way. The size of this pillow is about 8.5 inches. Unless you're a very, very, very fat person, not a fat person. I'm 287 lbs, 5ft 8.5in, this pillow is just too big. Heads lie higher because fat lifts us more. But I guess for someone smaller than me it'll hurt you. It can be used as a back pillow when watching TV in bed. But who wants to spend $45 on it when it stinks like this? I'm also still waiting for my return. I sent it to UPS over a week ago and the tracking info shows they didn't receive it until 2 days later and they are ready I still haven't processed my refund and haven't updated anything on Revain. I'm glad I kept the receipt as I feel like they are trying not to get my money back. So if you don't want to deal with all the refund hassles, just don't buy these pillows. a few hours after posting this review, has my refund finally been processed? or the verification magically reminded them that they should have given me my refund back. In any case, I say don't worry about those pillows.
