I won't lie. Pretty disappointed with this purchase. I thought I was lucky when I received it. No visible scratches or damage. When I received it the screen was on which others have complained about but that's ok. I was able to use the iPad for about an hour after setting it up and downloading a few apps. I used my personal Apple iPad charger, plugged it in and left it for a while. When the screen came back, it stopped working, the backlight turns on, but there is no image on the iPad. I've tried restarting it many times and leaving it charging. I even tried the third party charger that came with it, but unfortunately the iPad has an internal problem that existed before I got it. I can't even login to delete my account. I have to try iCloud. I'm pretty disappointed and will be returning the device
