I was a little surprised and disappointed that they didn't come in a box. However, despite the lack of packaging, they were in perfect condition. I ordered half a size up and they fit perfectly. I bought them hoping to find something like Sketcher. I'm so sad they stopped making them! I wouldn't call them soft ground, more like hard rocks. I was looking for a memory foam seal where my foot touches the sole and in addition to the bottom I expected the white part to be like soft foam but they are more like hard plastic. The fabric sides are very soft and not supportive. If you want them to be bigger than them, they are for you! You look good! Unfortunately I'm sending them back because I need a shoe that has the flexibility to reduce walking impact. I'm so frustrated I had to wait five days to receive them! I was ready to walk in my new shoes in the morning!
