The best thing about Omnia was that it helped me find vendors who were willing to work with my clients in order of price vs quality! It also took out so much time from our end which meant we could focus more towards other things as well instead spending all day looking at vendor prices or searching through each one individually ourselves (which would have taken too long).
I disliked how difficult there website made finding items sometimes when you had no idea what product they sold since their site didn't list everything very clearly either online nor did any phone orders help clarify this matter even further once placed by customer service agents - just left hanging without answers until someone else called back later asking if anything new came up? So many times trying different options only ended being frustrated over nothing found but not knowing why because usually after calling multiple people/hours spent waiting around etc.
