When I opened the packaging box for the first time I noticed that the product box was torn at the opening tab and there were several pieces of tape to keep it closed as if it had been opened once . before you send it to me. When inflating, I noticed a slight kink in the spring bar on one side, but I didn't attach much importance to that. When I took it out on the water I noticed it wouldn't hold much weight. This bending of the limit rod would deform the float. The second big problem is the valve stem. It doesn't feel like it's done right. It doesn't pop out enough which makes inflating the raft a tricky process and as I inflated it the stem started tilting at an angle to the point where I couldn't put the lid on it anymore. It also sticks out and I can't flatten the stock with the float like you can pretty much every time I've inflated it in the past. This appears to be a good product, but I think I received a defective item. It turned out to be larger than I expected and appears to be a durable material. Unfortunately the product I received is defective and I cannot use it.
