The looks make this model a classic. On the other hand, it holds a 1/2 blade well and is fairly easy to change, but not as easy as some other brands. You have to push the new blade into the holder pretty hard, and that's not easy without injuring yourself when you're a pro and you have to change blades multiple times a day. And while the handle looks cool, it's heavier than the blade holder and therefore feels a little unbalanced in the hand. Still serviceable but in my opinion they should have had a lighter grip. Eventually mine ended up with a poor quality control error as the pin that secures the handle to the blade holder was slightly off-center, making the blade holder barely fit in the handle when closed. In other words, it's crooked! Just bad quality control. All in all a nice looking razor but not very practical for professional use with a heavy handle, tedious blade changes and in my case lopsided assembly. Nevertheless four stars for the optics. UPDATE: The CEO of the Black Widow razor company sends me a replacement razor who assures me it will be personally inspected to make sure it's not defective! That's good service and a reason to change your mind. It's possible that the hard loading on the blade was also a result of the same bug, and I'm hoping the swap will make things better too. Everything is fine here!
