Perfect replacement and easy installation; Save money and do it yourself

Easy install in my 04 Corolla S; a local mechanic charged $70 to work with a lower quality filter and no HEPA filter; I got this one and saved a lot of money, and it only took about 20 minutes to install. The only tool needed was a Phillips screwdriver. Simple steps to replace Corolla (May apply to other models compatible with this filter). )1- Open the glove box and on the right side of the OPEN glove box locate the connecting rod held by a screw. 2- Hold the bottom of the glove box with one hand and unscrew the Phillips head screw that holds the glove. Compartment on the connecting rod.3- Further secure the compartment, pull out the connecting rod slightly if it did not come loose when loosening the screw4- After disconnecting the connecting rod, lift the glove box by hand, hold it and pull towards the seat and remove it thereby completely 5- Locate the cabin air filter which is located just behind the glove box (locate the left and right side push tabs/latches and release these tabs which will release the filter cover) 6 - after removing the cover Proceed to remove the old air filter and any excess debris, if any. 7 - Insert the new filter with the label side out towards the seat. 8- Replace the cover making sure it snaps on either side of the glove box into place and slide/push the crank back into the glove box 10 - unscrew one screw to close the glove box on the crank fasten and DONE! Breathe fresh air and save on refilling a gas tank (or two) well worth the money!
