Well I was a little skeptical but due to the fact that I had an old laptop to work with my business. I didn't think it would make a huge difference, but I expected a little. Ultimately, I was blown away by the amazing video of my high volume conference calls and basic training webinars. Pros: Connecting the device (plug and play (👍👍) The device has three lighting settings, super cool. The device has a log cable so it can be connected to a processor, laptop or tripod. It can be mounted on tripods 🤫 🧐🤩 The microphone is very clear and all my customers love me for the update and I highly recommend it.
