Review on Faber-Castell F582800 Double Hole Green Sharpener: Efficient and Versatile for Precision Sharpening by Gelin Battle

Dull blade that looks like it's chewing on a pencil

This sharpener has a blade that feels blunt. Instead of sharpening my Faber-Castell graphite pencils, it feels like he's roughly chewing the pencil at every turn, something I've never had with a manual sharpener. Due to the poor quality of the sharpener blade, I can't get the pointed tip of the Faber Castell graphite pencils to draw in detail. For about three weeks I just ignored this problem and mostly painted with dull or broken tips because this sharpener didn't work, but I've now received a refund and will be looking for a better sharpener. Unlike my German made Faber-Castell graphite pencils, this one is green, The double hole sharpener is made in China as per the sticker attached. If you're looking for a good sharpener that won't waste your time that you'd better spend painting, look for the best sharpener to save yourself some frustration. You shouldn't sacrifice the quality and speed of your drawings for a bad sharpener!
