So Disappointed - Short Life

I am soooo disappointed. I loved this product for the 3 months it worked (purchased April 2020). Now doesn't seal anything "wet" (e.g. raw chicken or anything with juices). I took great care of it. I wipe it down after each use; I keep it in the box it came in; I wait more than 40 seconds between seals as he states. I really wish I could get my money back.
