This is exactly what I needed. Like many other PS4 HOTAS users, I was so disappointed with this unit that I had no intention of buying another one after several of them died within a few weeks of using them. For the same price I tried this adapter to see if I could get my good T.16000M to work on PS4 for Elite: Dangerous. Although it took some effort, I finally got everything set up and it works better than HOTAS4 ever worked in game. The Titan recognizes all input from the T.16k except the throttle-side minor axle, and also does not recognize the two-pedal axle from the rudder pedals, although it recognizes the axles coming from each individual pedal. .If the desired input device only has 1 USB port, it should be a relatively easy setup to define your outputs using the GTunerIV software. If your desired device uses 2 or more USB input ports, you'll probably need to use the software's scripting feature to get everything the way you want it. I'm not a programmer or anything, but I have some experience writing scripts in AutoHotkey on a PC, so the concepts are very similar. The GPC2 language is slightly different from this, but the commands are self-explanatory and the Console Tuner website has some good resources to help you figure it out. There are also many pre-made script files uploaded by other users. Depending on your input device and the game you want to play, you may find exactly what you need already available, it's free to download. The recent beta firmware release is also a huge improvement over the previous one, allowing you to assign different actions to the same button label depending on the USB input.
