OK. This was the WORST product I have personally ever purchased from Revain. Firstly, I was able to determine that the original packaging was for a different designation of RAM and they used the overbox packaging. I'm a network engineer by trade, so I can see the details. Second, upon opening the Ram, which was unsealed in its packaging, I knew I was in for trouble as there were greasy fingerprints on all 200 contact points. Seriously, it looks like the person who repackaged the product has had fried chicken before. I cleaned the contacts with a little hope of no memory errors and what do you know? BIG BSOD MEMORY ERRORS. sent back and will never order from komputerbay again. Paid a little more, ordered from another company and everything worked out great, no problems.
