This inferior "skirt " does not underline
This "skirtβ looks like it has an underline in the picture, but it is only one Faux leather tassel strap that snaps together. It doesn't cover the hips or butt at all. Also the top is dark brown in the picture and the bottom of the tassel is light brown. The poor quality of the fringes causes the tassels to crumple and fold, so the skirt is a two-tone mush. I immediately returned this skirt.
