I love separate compartments! Some bags generally have some expansion, if you overfill one compartment it robs the next, but this bag is not at all what I appreciate. The insulated compartment fits a 38-ounce salad container, a 32-ounce water bottle, a protein shake, a protein bar, a 5-ounce bottle of lotion, two 4" x 7" x 2" Freez Paks (although one suitable for cooling), a small jar of petroleum jelly and a bottle of Tylenol with room for more.The next largest compartment holds all my work supplies and vital signs, including my blood pressure cuff in a tote bag and my gait belt, which take up a surprising amount of space in most bags. This gives me a separate small back pocket for keeping clean timesheets so they don't wrinkle or spill, and a separate front pocket for keys, wallet, phone, extra pens, and other essentials.It's basically a Mary Poppins bag..whatever Keeps your food cold so you don't have to use the questionable fridge at work ;) The bonus is that it literally fits everything you need n so you don't have to lug around two bags! No, I didn't do that at all before I found this thing.
