Well made, true to size. I wasn't sure if the size was small but according to the label it's an 8. So it's a bit larger than I expected but we'll have enough for a few years! Nothing, boots and mittens stay in place! It would be nice if there was velcro in the middle, but oh well! It's a bit thin because we live in Wisconsin, but we have room for a heavy sweater and sweatpants underneath. The orange is less neon than I expected so that's good!
