I bought this monitor because it comes highly recommended and is plug and play. Connects to the MacBook Air 2020 via the included USB-c cable. Video quality was very poor - grainy images, choppy text. Tired of various settings and cables (including a new USB-C cable), to no avail. Spoke to the manufacturer; Not knowing what the problem could be, they offered to send it in for repair. Returned to retailer Revain (PC Nation) instead; It was easy to do (delivered to a UPS branch), but I also didn't expect them to just say "send this back" without even offering to fix it in any way. A support rep from PC Nation said on the phone they couldn't help me and redirected me via email or live chat. When a seller is so quick to tell you to return a defective product, you have to ask yourself if this isn't the first time they've sold that defective product.
