Easy to install. The product did not lock or unlock the door as expected. The drive worked, but didn't move enough for the tailgate. This probably works fine for the driver's door, but obviously not for the rear cargo door, although it's the part recommended for the rear cargo door on my 2000 Ford tour. I think I'll leave this part to use when the driver's door lock stops working. I gave it 3 stars because it doesn't work with the rear loading door as advertised. The quality of the product is good and it was easy to install so the fit is great just not enough hand movement to lock/unlock the job.
