I bought this pressure cooker to recreate my grandmother's signature pot roast recipe for the holidays. I've been looking everywhere for the best PC and finally came across this Gourmia. I'm so glad I found this product, definitely worth buying! My pot roast turned out perfect and much juicier than when it was cooked in the oven.
