It wasn't there. When this device froths milk, it froths well. He only does it once or twice. It does not have a normal centering of the whisk, which rotates with the help of a magnet located under the bottom of the glass. If the whisk is crooked - the device will buzz, crackle, depict vigorous activity - it will not beat anything. It is impossible to forcefully repeat the operation - the unfortunate designers did not provide such an option. First you need to either drain the milk already in it and cool the device, or cool the device together with the milk in it. Either you won’t get enough milk, or you’ll have to wait a quarter of an hour. As mentioned in many other reviews, the whisk basket is made so flimsy that one leg broke in the dishwasher after a couple of months of use. The material is ABS plastic, it does not stick with anything, you can only weld it - but there is nothing to weld there, everything is too thin. Finding a new cover is unrealistic, Melitta seems to have support, but in fact she doesn’t.
