I like that you can see all of your routes in one place, so it's easy to navigate when making changes or adding new vehicles/drivers (or drivers).

The interface is not intuitive for someone who has never used this before - which isn't surprising since VRD was only recently purchased by our organization from another vendor. It will take some time getting familiar with how everything works but once we do have an understanding of what each button does and where things are kept within the program, then navigation becomes much easier! We use VRD as part of our fleet management system at work; however, because there were other features included such as fuel pricing & billing systems, etc., we had to purchase additional modules separately. This allowed us flexibility without having to pay extra fees for more than just vehicle tracking / dispatching solutions.
