As you can see from the photos, the alignment and fit of the parts is not very good. Also, the remote control didn't work. (Yes, I've tried more than one channel, yes, receiver and remote match. Red light is flashing, so battery is good.) Also, I can't find a phone number for the Savoy, only a mailing address, so take it from there cover and return to Revain. I don't know how to get a new remote control and receiver. The Revain installer couldn't fix the problem, but after they left I plugged it directly into a power source, not a receiver, so at least I know the fan motor is running.
