You can feel the shear force when you turn this on, it almost pushes your hand back. The motor is unlike any dryer motor I've ever heard, it's not whiny and flat, it's a deep and solid engine sound. No screaming dryer, it's a machine! I feel infrared radiation on my head, it's so warming, penetrating and comfortable. It's not a strong flow of hot air, you can feel the heat almost melting in your muscles and skull, so relaxing. And it dries the hair really fast, which is why we're here, but want to mention how good infrared heat feels! Looks great and loves the old school cord that gives it a very expensive look. The handle feels good in your hand and you have three temperature settings and two speed settings. I tried to do a video with one hand and it wasn't that good but I'll add it so you can see what kind of hair I have. This dryer just shortened the drying time for me. I have thick, curly hair and find it difficult to dry and style it, but this hair dryer makes my life easier.
