I'm trying to figure out how a set like this can be sold at such a price! When I ordered this set I expected the brushes to be of good quality. I'm picky about my brushes, so a regular quality brush will do most of my work. It's definitely several grades above that. They are not professional level, but not student level, although priced at (or below) student level. Add a palette knife, sponge, brush holder and case and you're with me scratching your head and wondering how they did it. The range of brushes is wide and good. Everything you need to create a small to medium sized painting. This suitcase comes in handy when you want to take your drawing supplies with you and draw on the road or on vacation. Time will tell how good these brushes are, but so far I'm very happy with the whole set.
