Product arrived and we were very excited but very disappointed! We plugged it in and waited for the pot to boil. When the water boiled, it switched to a warmer setting but didn't stop boiling. After a few hours the water in the pan boiled away and there was no more water in the pan. I'm not sure if that should happen, but we wouldn't save it if it did. Tried adding water, same thing, cooking mode didn't turn off. such a shame. We're trying to get it back but if it worked properly it would be great for us because we drink hot tea all day and that 5.0 liter kettle would be awesome. To be too good to be true?
