Review on Enhanced SEO: HP Color LaserJet 3600n Printer (Q5987A#ABA) by Dino Burks

The printer was advertised as refurbished and fully working but it is not. All print jobs jammed from both sources. I still can't print addresses on envelopes because the envelope feeder keeps jamming. After contacting customer service I was told to clean the rollers. I was expecting the seller to do this as it was advertised as refurbished. I kept cleaning all the paper feed rollers, but I still had no luck with envelopes. I'm sure the other feed mechanisms are now out of alignment due to constant jams. DO NOT buy from this seller if you want or need after sale customer service. I am nonexistent!
