Works in my Mac Pro 3.1
I'm leaving a review because I saw at least one person had problems with it. It booted with my Mac Pro 3.1 out of the box. My serial number starts with a "B" so no firmware update is required. Performance is what I would expect from my old SATA 6 SSD (150MB/s write, 550MB/s read). I bet it could almost match my m.2 drive (on a PCIe x4 card) with a better drive. I'm very excited to free up these 3.5" bays for a RAID10 hard drive array in this old workhorse.
