These pills are effective. They suppress my appetite and when taken before meals, I go to the bathroom 30 minutes after eating. Don't take them after 5pm because they disturb my sleep. I could not sleep. There are several broken tablets in the package *see. photo* and this reduces the total dose as I don't feel safe taking broken pills. The reason is that the packaging is cheap and the tablets are not padded with cotton, so in this big packaging they tear with transport and every movement. I recommend it, but be careful with these shortcomings.
