Everything was already said about the pros and cons, I just want to add how to set up the LSS for quiet operation, if anyone has such a question: 1. We connect LSS coolers to the CPU_FAN connector (2 wires from coolers to the 4-pin connector) 2. We connect the pump to the CPU_OPT / W_PUMP / AIO_PUMP connector (usually it is next to CPU_FAN), there are 3 wires from the pump to the 3/4 pin connector. 3. We go into the BIOS and set the "silent" mode to both connectors, and to the connector with the pump, we also change the control mode from PWM to DC. 4. Enjoy the silence (of course, as long as there is no serious CPU load) If you have a case cooler controller, it is better to connect it separately to the CHA_FAN connector. I did not manage to set up the LSS quietly when connected to the controller. The pump, unlike coolers, works more stable at constant speed, and it seems like 3000 RPM is the norm for it. In the case of connecting LSS coolers, I was embarrassed that they were connected with only two wires (I thought that instead of PWM coolers I got non-adjustable coolers), I connected them to W_PUMP, naturally they were not regulated and made a lot of noise. Taking a closer look at the connector, I realized that coolers take PWM (control) and RPM (revolutions) from it, and 12V power and ground are taken from SATA. Hope the information is helpful.
