Update: I'm increasing my rating from 4 to 5 stars after receiving the latest model (large). The new model features a more secure water bottle feature with latches that keep the bag in place. The treat pocket is still an issue (dogs love stealing treats for me) but this update has made them more durable and they obviously keep improving this product. I walk and exercise dogs and bought this 16 months ago. It's time to buy a new one and it's still the best product for what I need. Pros: Multiple pockets allow me to store different types of treats in different places. This is useful when I have clients with various dietary restrictions and also when I have higher value treats for certain behaviors. I also keep my keys in a small side pocket so they are completely separate from other items and there is no risk of losing them on the trail. It's pretty durable. It has some signs of wear now, but it has withstood a truly terrible treatment. Two loops allow you to hook random bits and bobs as needed. Light, neutral and easy to put on. This backpack goes with me everywhere. Cons: The water bottle holder is completely useless. It would be better if it was sewn tightly to the side of the bag, but I'd rather turn this little piece of the backpack into a phone case. I like to keep my phone in an easily accessible place for a photo shoot. The worst thing about this bag is that the outside zip pockets go to the sides. This means that if you have treats in your bag they will fall out when you move unless you close it all the way to the top. If they had a double zipper that could be closed in the middle/top it would be much more effective. I will sew my new bag along these seams to solve this problem myself.
