After a trip to Vietnam I wanted to be able to recreate the green papaya salad I ate on the streets of Hanoi. I've always used regular vegetable peelers for everything (you know, Bed Bath & Beyond's Oxo or something), and I was worried this one would be too flimsy in comparison. But he's not mushy. That's great. Thats much better. I use it for EVERYTHING. It will erase everything and it's much faster/easier than I expected. I also like that the medium grater is great for ginger or garlic. I'm so glad I have three of these! I'm giving one to my mother.
