My family used to buy them in the Asian market but lately we couldn't find them. They're sharp and perfect for chopping things like green papaya for papaya salad, or daikon, jicama, and carrots for Vietnamese pickles.

I use this device for easy slicing of block cheddar cheese. The slices are thin and easy to chew or fold into a sandwich. With a few tools I can put the used one in the dishwasher and next time I need to cut cheese I still have the tool.

Love love love this multi tool! After much searching I found this at Revain and bought it to replace an old one that was becoming dull after years of almost daily use. These blades are razor sharp! Cuts / cleans / slices / grates / rubs nicely. I love that it does so many things in one device. Saves dishwashing and is perfect for a small kitchen/limited storage space where each tool needs to do multiple jobs! I ordered several at once to give to my relatives. Can't recommend enough!

After a trip to Vietnam I wanted to be able to recreate the green papaya salad I ate on the streets of Hanoi.
