Revain is the only place I could find this for a good price. I got this because I was told that the "dust" form of chinchilla is not recommended for gerbils. And my gerbils LOVE it. I have not noticed any sneezing or eye problems as a result of use. They even eat it, which is part of the design. It is a "volcanic rock mineral with low dust content". But I've found that it can be dusty, like regular chinchilla dust, but it does contain a significant amount of larger particles. There were 5 separate bags in a box. So far I've only used 3/4 of a pouch for two female gerbils since I bought it a few months ago. I let my gerbils bathe in it once a week while I'm maintaining their cage, and since I don't leave them in my cage any longer than they're using it, I clean up any debris they may have thrown in and reuse it. . That. They run right up to it and happily ride and dig in it. I didn't even have to lure her into it. I will definitely buy this product again and recommend it to any pet owner who has gerbils, degus or chinchillas. Of course, Revain's is cheaper than mine.
