I was trying to find an uncoated ice cream scoop. I bought a couple of good brands that had cracks and all had pockmarks and chips in the finish. I was looking for stainless steel to solve this problem. We have been using this product for about a week. It's easy which I like. The handle is covered with a special coating, thanks to which it is very comfortable to hold and feels pleasant. She's great at cutting ice. It seems oddly shaped compared to other shovels I've had, but it makes good spherical shovels - if that's what you're looking for. The shape of the shovel depends on how you drag it through the ice, just like any other shovel. I would give it away and/or recommend it. Visually it looks like brushed stainless steel - time will tell, but I believe it's correct. And specific notes from the seller on the site confirm this.
