It should look like the product in fig. Not fully deformed.
Absolutely impractical. Not the same shape as pictured. When I put it on and cover my face, the whole neck opens. I ordered it for work when I'm outside thinking it would keep my neck warm. In the product photo there is a lot more material in the neck area. Absolutely disappointed with this product. Rip off.
