UPDATE:This company contacted me after reading my review and asked me if they could send me a new nozzle at no cost to me. They did and I gave this new nozzle a try. We realized the problem was that the washer inside the nozzle was too big, which was making it difficult to attach to the hose. We replaced the washer with a thinner one from an old nozzle and the new nozzle they sent me worked perfectly. When I wrote back their customer service department to tell them this, they thanked me and said they would pass my feedback to their factory. So, the nozzle works and the customer service for this company went above and beyond.FIRST REVIEW:I thought this was going to be a good hose nozzle, but I was wrong. The nozzle did not tread into my garden hose without effort. It doesn’t seem to have enough threads. After many tries, it finally went on only to leak and pop off - twice! I was soaked. Nope - going back.
