I was very impressed with how well this worked. I was afraid because it's deep that I wouldn't be able to pull it out all the way, but it popped out right away. I used it for the chocolate turtle on the cake. I didn't prepare the mold and used it for two different turtles. I thought the frog on the turtle's back was so cute, but it's not needed for this particular cake. Use a thin knife and cut off the frog before painting the turtle. Simple and looked great. Nothing came off the turtle at all. Very happy.
