Bad First Impression: This bird cage is needed as a 'second' temporary home for my little parrot (Ara Khana) while I'm out of town for the holidays and she lives at the local veterinary centre . Arrived yesterday and trying to start collection tonight. CONS: Directions are scarce; The cage arrived packaged with all the sides and support hooks pressed together so they couldn't (can't) be pulled apart without a hammer and pliers. The "slider" of the front door is stuck and cannot be opened. It was also very dusty/dirty so all parts needed a good wash. I'm already tired of the effort, but I'll try again tomorrow. If I have to send it back, I have to lug the big box back to the UPS store. PROS: Well if I ever build it and get it working it looks like it's going to be strong. The price is good. Add-ons like toys are a nice plus. We'll keep you up to date!
