I was a skeptic, but no more!

I was skeptical about the silk pillow phenomenon but I have to say it has helped my hair. I have very fine dry shoulder length hair and my sheets are dark so I see hair falling out when I sleep and after using the pillowcase I definitely see a reduction in hair, but time will tell if that helps my skin, though it's definitely softer than my other pillowcases I've used.
