Uhm. Fire Hazard? for my opinion

I used this item twice in my air fryer. The first time was for only 4 minutes @360 and they seemed to do their job just fine. The second time I used it, it was for 8 minutes @360 and as you can see, I had a little reaction. I only bought these to prevent some of the chunks in cleaning but, I think I'll just go back to scrubbing.
