1. Order was lost in transit. The second order came with a broken corner.

When I first ordered it, it got lost in transit. The replacement I ordered arrived with a broken corner. Now we have to wait for another replacement. It's been 2 weeks since my girlfriend lost her dog while I'm waiting for a simple picture frame to give her. Pretty disappointing.
