I like that we can see where our customers are searching from across different platforms (mobile, desktop, etc.). We also love how easy it has been to set up new accounts for our clients who use multiple devices/platforms. It's not always intuitive or user-friendly to navigate when you're looking for something specific. Also, sometimes there isn't an option to search by city or state if you don't know exactly what product/service you want. For example, we sell products in different states so some searches will return results for other states as well. This is helpful but could be better organized. If your site doesn't have any analytics then this tool may take time to figure out. However, once you do get things rolling, it becomes very useful!
