I'm shocked it doesn't have higher ratings. I was skeptical to buy it but now this is the only hair tool I use! My hair looks like I just got out of the salon! I have long wavy thick hair and I can finish my hair in less than 15 minutes. I love that it has a dryer along with brushes with hot and cold settings. It's super strong and really works. Makes my hair bouncy and smooth. If you want to fix straight hair, you can simply pull it through with a straightening iron. I've had this for over a year and it still works. Even if it stops I will continue to buy it while it's on sale. The only bad thing is that I wish I had known this earlier, it would have saved me a lot of money by buying these high quality hair tools. Overall a great product!
